Before making a purchase, please ensure your desk setup is compatible. For desks with an underframe, the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim should be greater than or equal to 50mm (1.97"). For desks with a side panel, the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel should be greater than or equal to 60mm (2.37"). For desks with a back panel, the depth between the desktop and back panel should be greater than or equal to 100mm (3.94").

Important note: The gas spring is pre-set to medium tension (not applicable to all displays). You will need to adjust the tension according to the weight of your monitor once it is installed.

If you encounter issues with the VESA plate being crooked or not straight, try attaching the monitor first, then holding the sides and rotating vigorously. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to reach out for our assistance.

To ensure compatibility, please confirm your monitor's size is within 32 inches, the VESA pattern is 75x75mm or 100x100mm, and the weight is between 4.4-17.6 lbs. Additionally, your desk thickness should be between 0.39''-1.97'' (for clamp mount) or 0.39''-3.15'' with a hole diameter of 0.39''-2.36'' (for grommet mount).

If your monitor's VESA pattern is 200x100mm or 200x200mm, you can purchase a VESA extender adapter (model MU9010). For VESA patterns exceeding this range or without VESA holes, you'll need to acquire a suitable VESA adapter.

For desks thicker than 4.53 inches, simply contact us for a longer clamp solution. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend mounting on glass tables without a reinforcement desk plate (model MU0038).
